Course Description
Person Centred planning is a distinct method of assessment, planning and reporting devised for health and social care workers. This course is perfect for you if you are responsible for someone else’s health care program. The training will equip you with the best knowledge and skills to make the best decision on someone's behalf who cannot do so themselves.
This course covers the entire process from assessment right through to planning. You will learn to apply recognised standards, guidance, and recommendations to fulfil your role with good practice.
