Person Centred planning is a distinct method of assessment, planning and reporting devised for health and social care workers. This course is perfect for you if you are responsible for someone else’s health care program. The training will equip you with the best knowledge and skills to make the best decision on someone’s behalf who cannot do so themselves.

This course covers the entire process from assessment right through to planning. You will learn to apply recognised standards, guidance, and recommendations to fulfil your role with good practice.

  • Describe what content is and its importance when delivering care support
  • Show how t support an individual’s right to make choices
  • Describe how to promote an individual’s well-being

This half-day course comprises an engaging mix of activities. After taking the course, you’ll be asked to complete a simple multiple-choice assessment. You will be given a certificate to acknowledge the passing of the course.
