We deliver direct training to your staff on-site at your premises in the UK or at our West Yorkshire premises within our fully equipped training room. This approach leaves us to worry about the development of your staff while your time and resources are spent elsewhere.
Our range of Train the Trainer courses equip your training team with the skills, knowledge and materials required to deliver all your mandatory training courses.
We are approved and accredited by several legislative bodies to ensure your organisation remains compliant. These include Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance and Advantage Accreditation. We are also Skills for Care accredited.
We deliver several open courses from our training centre based in West Yorkshire, but we also travel nationwide and deliver training at customer sites across the UK. In addition, almost all of our courses are available remotely via Microsoft Teams. We also offer an online eLearning portal that allows trainees to train wherever and whenever.
Our customers range from newly formed private organisations to large multi-site operations and local authorities. Smaller private companies, large multi-site organisations and local authorities have something in common; teams learn best when genuinely engaged in the process.
