Overview
Our Level 3 Safeguarding Train the Trainer course is designed to enable those attending to confidently train their in-house teams. During the course delegates will receive expert tuition from our team of experienced Trainers.
Attendees will learn how to deliver our own safeguarding course, with a view to them using our materials in their own internal delivery post training. Every person attending will also be assessed delivering a short micro teach to achieve a formal sign off of competence.

- Understand the criminal offence of ‘ill treatment and wilful neglect’
- Outline the role of the disclosure and barring services
- Define the articles of the Human Rights Act 1998
- List different types of abuse through definition, types and indicators
- Explain the term ‘whistleblowing’ and who can help
- Understand your ‘duty of candour’
