Overview of Risk Assessment Train The Trainer

Our Level 3 risk assessment Train the Trainer course is designed to enable those attending to confidently train their in-house teams.  During the course delegates will receive expert tuition from our team of experienced Trainers.  Having recently been updated this course now also includes support to monitor the competency of those administering medication.

Attendees will learn how to deliver our own risk assessment course, with a view to them using our materials in their own internal delivery post training.  Every person attending will also be assessed delivering a short micro teach to achieve a formal sign off of competence.

Trainers can help boost their in-house teams by expanding knowledge and skills gained from this risk assessment course to improve and maintain a high level of care provided to people. By improving understanding of legal frameworks, risk assessment processes and the communication across the business will enhance the capabilities of in-house teams to identify, recognise and keep people safe from hazards.

Training trainers in risk assessment is an important responsibility to upskill current professionals and students looking to make a difference and to improve the performance and reliability of in-house teams. Employers can also develop their understanding of responsibilities required in the workplace and be able to identify risks quickly to prevent danger to health and safety.
