                                Overview
In a place of work that requires you to prepare and cook food in a workplace, UK law states that it is part of your job to be adequately trained in food safety and hygiene to acceptable legal standards. Proper practice is critical because food hygiene is generally accepted, but the food handler often needs help understanding the types of diseases that may be food born.
This course takes 30-45 minutes to complete. It comprises a mixture of engaging activities. Once the course is completed, you will be asked to complete a multiple-choice assessment. You will be given a certificate to acknowledge the passing of the course.
