Overview
This course teaches the fundamentals of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), how to ensure compliance, and how best to ensure confidentiality throughout any handling of personal data.
This course takes 30-45 minutes to complete and comprises a mixture of engaging activities with theoretical knowledge, enhancing learners’ understanding of what the GDPR is and what is expected of staff within Health and Social Care, so to comply with the GDPR.
Upon completion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice assessment and once achieved, a certificate of acknowledgement will be presented.
