Overview

The stress in the Workplace course is made up of three parts.

In part one, learners will explore the causes and common signs of stress, as well as the differences between stress and pressure.

In part two, learners will explore the relevant legislations and standards that relate to stress in the workplace.

In part three, learners will explore a number of different ways to help reduce stress in the workplace.

This course takes 30-45 minutes to complete and compromises a mixture of engaging activities with theoretical knowledge, enhancing leaners’ understanding on stress in the workplace.

Upon completion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice assessment and once achieved, a certificate of acknowledgement will be presented.
