Overview
The Prevent Duty is a UK Government initiative relating to counter-terrorism and aimed at raising awareness of radicalisation.
This course is designed for those working with individuals who may be at greater risk of radicalisation, including people receiving any level of psychological or neurological support.
This course takes 30-45 minutes to complete and comprises a mixture of engaging activities with theoretical knowledge, enhancing learners’ understanding of what the Prevent Duty and other relevant legislations aim to achieve and how such initiatives relate to Health and Social Care.
Upon completion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice assessment and once achieved, a certificate of acknowledgement will be presented.
