Overview
Our Level 2 Effective Communication course enables learners to develop knowledge and understanding of how to communicate effectively and efficiently within the Health and Social Care sector. This course is designed to support learners with the understanding of why effective communication is vital within their role, while helping to improve individual outcomes for the people they support.
This course takes 30-45 minutes to complete and comprises a mixture of engaging activities with theoretical knowledge, enhancing learners’ understanding of effective methods of communication.
Upon completion of the course, there will be a multiple-choice assessment and once achieved, a certificate of acknowledgement will be presented
