As it stands, UK law requires that everyone who handles food in the workplace as a part of their job must be properly trained in food safety and hygiene to the acceptable legal standards. Understanding the law is crucial for any business involved in food preparation and delivery. This course equips you with all you need to know.
From its preparation to the point of delivery, food must be handled to the highest of hygiene measures. If you work with food daily, you need to be properly instructed in all aspects of food safety and hygiene.
This course will give you all that you need to know regarding UK law surrounding food hygiene and what is expected of you in your handling of it in your position of care.

Pest control, and pests specific to food
How to clean and disinfect a work area thoroughly
What the law says, and the worker’s responsibilities.
This half-day course comprises an engaging mix of activities with fellow learners (maximum fifteen delegates). You’ll be asked to complete a simple multiple-choice assessment after you take the course. You will receive a certificate once you have passed the assessment.
